Customer's reviews
Eric from Mayday was quick and efficient in diagnosing the problem with our Thermador built-in refrigerator/freezer. He was able to implement a temporary fix and order replacement parts. The parts came quickly so he was able to install the new part and all is well and working properly. Eric and MAYDAY have been knowledgeable andreliable service providers for us for installations and repairs.

Reliable, Honest, and My Go-To HVAC Partner
I’m a general contractor based in Orange County, and I’ve worked with Mayday Air (formerly FUSE HVAC) more times than I can count. They’re my go-to team for HVAC system repair and maintenance—both on client jobs and at my own home, which says a lot. I’ve got a baby and a toddler, and I trust Mayday to keep our family comfortable and safe.
Eric and the team are knowledgeable, punctual, and solution-oriented. Whether it’s troubleshooting an aging system, responding to an urgent call, or helping us plan out long-term improvements, they deliver with integrity and professionalism every single time.
What I really appreciate is that they treat every job with the same care—whether it’s a multi-zone retrofit on a large home or a quick diagnostic at my personal residence. That consistency has made them invaluable to me and the homeowners I serve.
If you’re a homeowner looking for great HVAC service—or a builder who values long-term trade relationships—this crew is worth knowing.

2nd time I use this company….these guys are solid! 1st time for A/C repair and they fixed my issue quick and fairly and technician was very good, other competitor was trying to shake me down. 2nd time was to fix clothes washer, that guy was also very good and figured out my issue and fixed in one visit and price was fair! Keep up the good work!
