Eric from Mayday was quick and efficient in diagnosing the problem with our Thermador built-in refrigerator/freezer. He was able to implement a temporary fix and order replacement parts. The parts came quickly so he was able to install the new part and all is well and working properly. 2nd time I use this company….these guys are solid! 1st time for A/C repair and they fixed my issue quick and fairly and technician was very good, other competitor was trying to shake me down. 2nd time was to fix clothes washer, that guy was also very good and figured out my issue and fixed in one visit and price was fair!
